We always wanted to provide very low cost solutions to everyone using Natural methods to treat root causes of the diseases instead of treating symptoms. Dr. Sandeep Dongre left has plush job abroad to serve the people and established this Yoga & Naturopathy centre 

Today lot of yoga centres are mushrooming and yoga trainers are produced just by a training for a month or so. Such trainers are causing more harm than benefits to the practitioners. We at The Ashtanga Institute have highly qualified teachers who have done various certification courses and their Bachelors / Masters in Yoga. We analyse needs of every student and guide them as per their needs and capacity. • Offline classes are conducted at our studio in Airoli, Navi Mumbai

• In Mix mode students can close to attend Online as well as Offline classes
