I) History of SPARSH YOGA AND WELLNESS

SPARSH YOGA AND WELLNESS is a proprietary firm established by its proprietor Mrs. Sujata Chakraborty in 2008. The main advantage of this yoga class is that the yoga instructor being the owner pays special attention to all its clients. ,Our trainers are certified and take care of our students.Utmost care is taken about the smallest requirements of the clients. Yoga classes are conducted in groups of upto 20-25 in batches of 1 (one) durations. There are lots of Yoga activity and advance yoga   with  Sparsh yoga. As a result of this, the clients get variation in their daily Asanas & it does not get monotonous with one & the same Asanas daily.

The proprietor, herself is the yoga instructor / tutor and has done her yoga teacher’s training course And naturopathy diploma from YOGA VIDYA NIKETAN (VASHI), Navi Mumbai.

SPARSH YOGA AND WELLNESS is immensely glad to be a part of IYO®️ family which creates an equal platform for every Yoga school to grow. Having being a registered school with IYO®️, so far SPARSH YOGA AND WELLNESS has undertaken TTC for 50 students annually. It further aims to increase the TTC number to around 80 to 90 by 2022.

SPARSH YOGA AND WELLNESS will provide 50 TTC students for IYO®️ affiliation by 2021-2022.
