Yoga is any activity or path that leads to integration or wholeness of the human being. We acknowledge the traditional lineages of yoga, presenting them in a way that is relevant to modern, city-dwelling yogis. Details of School Owner: Yogini Bharathi completed her two-years apprenticeship with Yoga Acharya Babu in 2006 and has been teaching yoga since 2005. She is a P.G.Dip holder in Yoga and M.SC(Yoga Therapy) from Annamalai University. She has completed 100hrs rigorous Pre & Post Natal Training recognized by Maharashtra Government, Certified chakra healer, facial yoga trainer, Ariel yoga trainer, AAyush ministry(ycb-1) and Yoga Alliance certified yoga trainer. Has done 200hrs TTC from The Yoga Institute. The asana practice and philosophy of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is her bliss. Teaching yoga is her passion and her intention is always that her classes are safe, dynamic, energetic and taught with integrity. She feels a strong commitment to assisting people especially empowering women, and in striving towards health and wellness through yoga.
Bharathi’s passion in teaching lies in her desire to encourage students to gently explore and deepen their practice at their own pace. Through her clear and precise teaching approach, she aims to inspire her students to create the balance between compassion and challenge in finding their individual practice. Pre & Post natal yoga, Relaxation Techniques and Yoga Nidra are her expertise. She is very kids friendly, fun loving, understandable and approachable.
She is the co-founder of SAPTA DALLA YOGA, a unit of CELEBRATION OF LIFE TRUST. She is a Montessori trained teacher too with B.Com, I.C.W.A.I., B.Ed. Has ample of teaching experience in leading CBSE schools and understands the student’s need very well. Has conducted various workshops, seminars, awareness programs, teacher training courses in corporate, colleges, NGOS. TTC students trained annually: With various programs, around 10-15 teachers.
