As of now, people are eating fast food and are very busy earning money, which means they are sacrificing their health. We, as a yoga institute, want to help and support people to become aware of their mental and physical health by incorporating yoga into their lives.
Mr. Vinay Yadav is the founder and director of the company. My vision and mission for Yog are as follows: As people are eating fast food and are very busy earning money, they are sacrificing their health. We, as a yoga institute, want to help and support people to become aware of their mental and physical health by incorporating yoga into their lives.
As of now, we have trained almost 500 students during our journey since 2016.
We want to provide teacher training courses to the maximum number of students who have learned yoga from me.
