Our mission is to work for Global Peace by connecting people from all walks of life, adopting Arham Lifestyle thereby realizing infinite human potential.
Digambar Muni Pranamya Sagar ji is one of the beloved pupils of Acharya Shri Vidya Sagar Ji Maharaj, who is considered equivalent to God and one of the greatest saints of this time. This young Digambar monk is a prolific author, poet, motivational speaker, spiritual Guru and the ambassador of Arham Yoga.
In today’s world there are a lot of yoga schools. In order to keep ourselves physically fit, yoga exercises have become an integral part of our lifestyle. Dhyan yog has been an integral part of Jain Philosophy. The practice was so divine that it was restricted only to Jain Monks. But Muni Shri Pranamya Sagar ji’s effort to make our youngsters focused and have disease free lifestyle made him pass on the knowledge of dhyan yog which was appropriate for non -monks. Muni Shri is very much concerned about the increasing lifestyle related diseases. To teach how to combat these diseases, he started Arham Dhyan Yog camps at different places. Arham Dhyan Yog can help people control these diseases.
With Muni Shri’s inspirations and blessings, Om Arham Social Welfare Foundation was established in 2015 in Mandsaur, MP, India. The goal of this organisation is to develop wonderful human potential through a dignified lifestyle, connecting people from different sections of society, while working for world peace. It started with a few members who helped muni shri spread his vision in 2015.
Keeping this goal in mind, in 2018, at the time of Muni Shri’s Delhi Chaturmas, “Arham Team” was also formed. Today, this organisation and the Arham team, with hard work, dedication and efficient management, are taking Arhan Dhyan Yog to the masses through many mediums.
The teachers of Arham Dhyan Yog are called ANTARAPPAs – it is a prakrit word which means inner self or moving closer to inner self.
Program graduates undergo 5 month online rigorous training and are equipped with a deep and personal understanding and experience of dhyan yog that enables them to bring Activation, Relaxation, Healing, Awareness and Motivation these different parameters of dhyan yog to their students.
In our 3 day workshop we teach our participants a 5 step process which is mentioned below. Once the workshop is over we expect our participants to continue their practice everyday with our regular classes or own their own,

When we do yog with mindfulness and have control on our breath we can activate our physical and mental body. If we focus we can stop the chattering of our mind. As Maharshi Patanjali has said – Yoga Chitta Vitti Nirodha. Yoga helps us to calm our mind down and begin the union of mind and soul. Hence in ARHAM we first control our physical and mental body.
Relaxation – Kayotsarg (with hast mudra) and Pranayam (like, bhastrika, kapalbhati, ujjayi breathing, Aishwarya Pranayam and Panch kendra Pranayam) – Once we have made our body still with yoga asana we now move towards the next step, that is to gain control over our thoughts and emotions so that we can en”
