ARADHANA YOGA & MEDITATION ACADEMY is a proprietary firm established by its proprietor Dr.Archana Sharma

The main advantage of this yoga class is that the yoga instructor being the owner pays special attention to all its clients. Utmost care is taken about the smallest requirements of the clients. Yoga classes are conducted in groups of upto 15 to 20 in batches of 1 (one) durations. There are lot of Yoga ans acupressure activity available with ARADHANA YOGA & MEDITATION ACADEMY As a result of this, the clients get variation in their daily Asanas & it does not get monotonous with one & the same Asanas daily.

II) Founder of ARADHANA YOGA & MEDITATION ACADEMY-

The proprietor, herself is the yoga instructor / tutor and has done her yoga teacher’s training course from ‘The yoga Institute’ in The Moti banglow colony dewas m.p. owner has specialty in all products like Asanas, stretches, power yoga, wall- exercise, ball-exercise. Prayanamas & Meditation are the essence of ARADHANA YOGA & MEDITATION ACADEMY.

Namaste, Yoga Classes is immensely glad to be a part of IYO family which creates an equal platform for every Yoga school to grow. Having being a registered school with IYO, so far ARADHANA YOGA & MEDITATION ACADEMY has undertaken TTC for 30 students annually. It further aims to increase the TTC number to around 40 to50 by 2023.

INTERNATIONAL ARADHANA YOGA & MEDITATION ACADEMY  will provide 20 TTC students for IYO affiliation by 2022-2023.
